(续7月上)四是爱当医院里的协诊员。前些日子,我到弗吉尼亚大学附属医院。一走进这家医院,就看见医院的大厅里活跃着很多穿红马甲的老年协诊员。他们帮忙把患者带到应去的科室;如果患者没有家属陪伴却又需要帮助,马上会有一位专门的老年协诊员来协助始终;患者手术时,这些协诊员们负责手术室里的医生和等待室里的家人之间的联络,还帮助等待的亲属干一些看看东西、跑跑腿儿等琐事。这些老年协诊员,都是无偿地默默为患者服务。这所大学医院里有
