用包埋后电镜免疫细胞化学方法对5~38周人胚左右心房与心耳心肌细胞中心钠素的发生过程进行了系统研究,同时对心钠素颗粒进行了体视学分析及统计学处理,结来表明:胚第5周时,心房及心耳心肌细胞中已出现心钠素颗粒,且随胎龄增加而增加,同一胎龄胚胎心耳中颗粒数量多于心房,而右心房多于左心房,右心耳多于左心耳。
Embryonic electron microscopy immunocytochemistry was used to systematically study the process of atrial natriuretic peptide in the atrial and cardiac atrial myocytes from 5 weeks to 38 weeks of human embryo. At the same time, atrial tissue analysis and statistical analysis of atrial natriuretic peptide were performed. Results showed that at the fifth week of embryo, atrial natriuretic peptide and atrial appendage had appeared in cardiomyocytes and increased with the increase of gestational age. The number of particles in the atrial appendage of the same embryo was more than that of the atrium, while the right atrium was more than that of the left atrium , Right atrial appendage more than left atrial appendage.
