目的了解山西省疾控中心员工工作中的现存问题。方法采用问卷调查法对山西省疾病预防控中心以及山西省11个市级疾病预防控制中心的在岗员工进行调查,用SPSS和Excel软件对调查数据进行分析处理。结果24岁及以下(44.4%)疾控员工工作中现存问题为缺乏业务/学术交流(χ~2=103.853,P<0.01);高中及以下学历(17.4%)员工现存问题是跟不上知识更新速度(χ~2=116.171,P<0.01);缺乏业务/学术交流和工作不受重视分别是无职称(18.0%)员工和正高级职称(11.1%)员工现存的问题(χ~2=92.406,P<0.01);年龄、学历、职称及山西各地市疾控员工工作中现存问题均为职称/职务晋升难。结论为促进疾控系统可持续发展,疾控中心应加强人才队伍建设,促进职称结构优化,加强业务/学术交流。
Objective To understand the existing problems in the work of Shanxi CDC staff. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on Shanxi Province CDC and on-the-job employees of 11 municipal CDC in Shanxi Province. The survey data were analyzed and processed by SPSS and Excel software. Results The existing problems of employees aged 24 and under (44.4%) were lack of business / academic exchange (χ ~ 2 = 103.853, P <0.01); employees with high school education or below (17.4%) were unable to keep up with the existing problems (Χ ~ 2 = 116.171, P <0.01). The lack of business / academic communication and neglect of work were the existing problems of employees without job title (18.0%) and employees with positive senior titles (11.1%), respectively (χ ~ 2 = 92.406 , P <0.01); age, education background, job title and the existing problems in the work of disease control and control staff in all municipalities in Shanxi Province are difficult to promote their titles / posts. Conclusion In order to promote the sustainable development of disease control and control system, CDC should strengthen the construction of talent team, promote the optimization of professional title structure and strengthen the business / academic exchange.
