小学教师的文化自觉是其拥有职业尊严和幸福的前提与基础。教师职业幸福感,作为一种内在的主观感受,可通过建立文化自觉来提高。由此,可以从道德自觉、理论自觉、专业自觉、实践自觉和思维自觉五个维度探索提升小学教师职业幸福感的途径。
The primary school teacher’s cultural awareness is the prerequisite and basis of having professional dignity and happiness. Teachers’ professional well-being, as an intrinsic subjective feeling, can be enhanced by establishing cultural awareness. Therefore, it is possible to explore ways to enhance the professional happiness of primary school teachers from the five dimensions of moral self-consciousness, theoretical self-consciousness, professional self-consciousness, practical self-consciousness and self-conscious thinking.
