将搅拌站废水在(105±5)℃烘干制得干粉,与水泥、矿粉、粉煤灰、石粉的性能进行对比,研究了搅拌站废水对水泥凝结时间、混凝土坍落度、抗压强度、湿容重的影响。结果表明:干粉具有较高的烧失量,较低的Ca O含量,密度和粉煤灰与石粉相当,28d活性指数较低,掺废水的混凝土坍落度和抗压强度有所降低,混凝土湿容重有所升高。
The wastewater from the mixing plant was dried at (105 ± 5) ℃ to obtain the dry powder, which was compared with the properties of cement, ore powder, fly ash and stone powder.
