油田采收率大小受注入流体的波及体积和洗油效率控制,对我国绝大多数油田而言,开发层系多,层间和层内非均质严重,进入高含水和特高含水期时,地层波及系数小,导致采收程度低。调剖、调驱是改善储层非均质性,扩大波及体积,进一步提高水驱动用程度的重要措施之一[1][2]。本文针对X-J油田某低温油藏进行了微凝胶的室内合成实验和膨胀性能实验研究。研究表明了室内合成的微凝胶在低温油藏中有非常好的吸水膨胀性能,能够使流体转向,达到深部调驱的目的[3][4]。
The oil recovery rate is controlled by the volume of fluid injected and the wash efficiency. For most of the oilfields in our country, there are many development strata, and the strata and strata are heterogeneous. When entering the high water cut and the extra high water cut , Stratigraphic sweep coefficient is small, leading to low levels of recovery. Profile control and flood control are one of the most important measures to improve the reservoir heterogeneity, expand the volume of wave propagation and further improve the degree of water drive [1] [2]. In this paper, a laboratory study on the micro-gels synthesis and swelling performance of a low-temperature oil reservoir in X-J oilfield has been carried out. The results show that the in-house synthesized microgels have very good water-swelling properties in low-temperature reservoirs, which can divert the fluid to achieve the purpose of deep flooding [3] [4].
