采用已知的活度数据,通过三种理論方法的計算,卽(1)氧化物分解压力P_(O_2),(2)铁液內与各元素平衡的[O]量,及(3)氧化的反应自由能ΔF,对鉄液內磷、碳及其他元素氧化的順序进行了分析和研究。文中对及計算P_(O_2)的不正确之处,及对計算鉄液內与磷、碳平衡的[O]量欠妥之处提出了討論。理論計算証明:(1)脫磷是一界面反应,沒有适当成分的炉渣是不可能进行的;(2)迅速造成高氧化鈣及高氧化铁炉渣,在較低溫度有可能在托馬斯法吹炼中使磷与碳同时氧化;(3)增加CO的分压能使碳的氧化受抑制而使磷先于碳被氧化。
