目的为了研究改进抗病毒口服液的生产工艺,降低在醇沉处理过程中辅料用量。方法方法是由原来的醇沉处理工艺改为树脂吸附处理工艺,对两种工艺试制的口服液成品,选择连翘苷、蛋白质、多糖等成分的含量,作为测试指标进行工艺优劣比较。结果结果表明树脂法工艺试制口服液的各项指标有明显提高,并保存了原有较佳的外观质量,省去了大量的乙醇的用量。结论树脂吸附能够去除水中杂质,保留有效成分效果显著,但树脂吸附法在实际生产中的工艺研究有待进一步深入细化,才能确认其工艺的可行性。
Objective In order to study and improve the anti-virus oral liquid production process, reduce the amount of excipients in the alcohol sedimentation process. Method method is changed from the original alcohol sedimentation process resin adsorption process, the two processes of oral liquid finished product, select forsythin, protein, polysaccharides and other ingredients, as the test indicators for the process of merits. The results show that the resin method of trial preparation of the oral liquid has significantly improved the indicators, and save the original appearance of the better quality, eliminating the need for a large amount of ethanol. Conclusions Resin adsorption can remove impurities in water and retain effective components. However, the study of resin adsorption method in actual production needs to be further refined in order to confirm the feasibility of the process.
