采用溶胶 -凝胶 -浸渍法制备了掺杂 Fe3+、NH+4 、SO2 - 4的 Ti O2 光催化剂粉体 ,并用XRD、IR、UV-Vis等方法对其结构进行了表征。结果表明 ,以 Ti O2 干凝胶为母体 ,依次浸渍Fe3+、NH+4 、SO2 - 4的光催化剂粉体 Fe3+/NH+4 /SO2 - 4/Ti O2 (浸 )中锐钛矿相近 1 0 0 % ,晶粒粒径分布均匀 ,最小粒径为 4nm;与纯 Ti O2 相比 ,紫外光谱响应红移 1 5nm。以直接耐晒兰为模型反应物 ,评价了掺杂半导体 Ti O2 的光催化降解性能。
The Ti O2 photocatalyst powders doped with Fe3 +, NH + 4 and SO2 - 4 were prepared by sol-gel-impregnation method. Their structures were characterized by XRD, IR and UV-Vis. The results showed that anatase of Fe3 + / NH + 4 / SO2-4 / Ti O2 (immersion) was similar to Ti0 2 xerogel in the order of Fe3 +, NH + 4 and SO2 - 4 0%, uniform grain size distribution, the minimum particle size of 4nm; compared with pure Ti O2, the UV spectral response red shift 15nm. The direct photocatalytic degradation of Ti O2 was evaluated using direct light-fast blue as a model reactant.
