对不同沥青含量的纤维胶粉改性沥青混合料在不同击实温度下击实成型,研究击实温度与SMA改性沥青混合料各物理力学参数之间的相关关系。研究表明,击实温度对纤维胶粉改性沥青混合料孔隙率、沥青饱和度的影响,在135℃以上时较小;击实温度小于135℃时,纤维胶粉改性沥青混合料稳定度、流值、孔隙率变化速率加大。加入TOR后沥青混凝土要达到同样的孔隙率,击实温度可降低20~30℃。
For different asphalt content of the modified crumb rubber modified asphalt mixture at different compaction temperature compaction molding to study the compaction temperature and SMA modified asphalt mixture physical and mechanical parameters between the correlation. The results show that the effect of compaction temperature on the porosity and asphalt saturation of modified asphaltene mixture is smaller than 135 ℃. When the compaction temperature is lower than 135 ℃, the stability of the modified asphaltic mixture , The flow rate, porosity rate increased. After adding TOR asphalt concrete to achieve the same porosity, compaction temperature can be reduced 20 ~ 30 ℃.
