目的研究怀药道地产区同期种植铁棍山药和太谷山药植株地下根状茎中山药多糖和淀粉积累量变化规律。方法采用蒽酮-硫酸法测定两个品种怀山药各个生育时期的根状茎中山药多糖及淀粉的量。结果在整个生育期内不论是搭架种植还是匍匐地面种植,铁棍山药的山药多糖量均高于太谷山药中的量,而铁棍山药的淀粉量又均低于太谷山药。结论根据使用目的不同应采用搭架种植和匍匐地面种植两种不同的栽培措施;以山药多糖及淀粉为采收指标,则采收期与传统采收期一致。
Objective To study the changes of polysaccharides and starch accumulation in root rhizomes of Rhizoma Alpiniae Stearithraceae and Taikoo Yam planted in Huaiyindao Estate during the same period. Methods Anthrone-sulfuric acid method was used to determine the content of polysaccharides and starch in Rhizoma curcuma yam from two varieties of Chinese yam. Results During the whole growth period, the amount of yam polysaccharides in Yishan yam was higher than that in Taigu yam, regardless of whether it was planted or creeping. The starch content of yam yam was lower than that of Taigu yam. Conclusion Depending on the purpose of use, two different cultivation measures such as scaffold planting and creeping ground planting should be adopted. Taking the yam polysaccharides and starch as the harvesting indexes, the harvesting period is consistent with the traditional harvesting period.
