利用荧光显微技术研究结果表明,小麦低反应型抗病性的表达出现在初生吸器母细胞形成后,表现为吸器母细胞和吸器形成减少,寄主叶肉细胞坏死,菌落生长受抑。但不同品种间条锈菌受抑程度与寄主细胞坏死的关系有很大差异,根据供试品种的组织病理学特征,可将低反应型抗条锈性区分为4个类型:①寄主细胞早期坏死型;②锈菌早期受抑型;③锈菌抑制滞后型;④晚期坏死抑制型。这一结果说明小麦品种的低反应抗锈性可能有多种机制。
The results of fluorescence microscopy showed that the expression of low-disease resistance in wheat appeared after the formation of nascent suger cells. The formation of as-weiocytes and aspirates decreased, the host mesophyll cells became necrotic and the growth of colonies was inhibited. However, the relationship between inhibition degree of stripe rust and host cell necrosis varies greatly among different cultivars. According to the histopathological characteristics of the tested cultivars, the low-responsive resistance to stripe rust can be divided into four types: (1) Necrotic type; early rusty rust inhibited type; rust inhibitory lag type; advanced necrosis type. This result suggests that there may be multiple mechanisms for the low-reactivity rust resistance of wheat cultivars.
