目的:对栽培品种毛喉鞘蕊花中化学成分进行研究。方法:应用溶剂提取,各种色谱方法进行分离纯化,并运用IR,1H-NMR,13C-NMR等光谱技术确定化合物结构。结果:从中分离得到7个成分,分别为细胞松弛素B(1),N-benzoyl-L-phenylalaninol(2),3,6-dibenzyl-2,5-dioxopiperazine(3),2-呋喃甲酸(4),香草酸(5),loliolide(6),福斯可林D(7)。结论:化合物1~6为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents of the species Coleus chinensis in cultivars. Methods: The compounds were isolated by solvent extraction and various chromatographic methods. The structures of the compounds were determined by IR, 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR. RESULTS: Seven components were isolated and identified as cytochalasin B (1), N-benzoyl-L-phenylalaninol (2), 3,6- dibenzyl-2,5-dioxopiperazine 4), vanillic acid (5), loliolide (6), forskolin D (7). Conclusion: Compounds 1 ~ 6 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
