目的:根据鹿鞭药材商品的显微结构特征,建立鹿鞭药材显微鉴定的方法。方法:应用生物显微镜和显微测量软件,对鹿鞭药材商品中显微特征结构进行观察与测量。结果:梅花鹿鞭与马鹿鞭药材商品的横纹肌纤维间距、髓质指数、毛小皮间距存在一定差异性。结论:可使用鹿鞭药材粉末中的横纹肌纤维间距、髓质指数、毛小皮间距等指标,进行鹿鞭药材品种的鉴别,为鹿鞭药材商品的品种鉴定提供了新的、有效的指标。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the microscopic identification of Luyi medicinal materials according to the microstructure characteristics of Luyi medicinal products. Methods: The microscopic structure of Lubian medicinal materials was observed and measured by using biological microscope and microscopic measurement software. Results: There were some differences in the striated muscle fiber distance, medullary index and fur skin distance between the products of Sika deer whip and Malus whip. Conclusion: The index of striated muscle fiber, the index of medulla, the distance between the small skin and the fur can be used to identify the varieties of Luyi medicinal materials and provide new and effective indexes for the identification of the varieties of Luyi medicinal materials.
