本文研究了 B-HCH 菌株的培养配方、供氧量、发酵时间和 pH 值与代谢产物的关系。从44种配方中,初步筛选出以玉米为主要原料,对小麦赤霉病菌抑制率在66.0%以上的培养配方11种,其中抑制率最高的达79.7%。试验结果表明,不同供氧量,不同 pH 条件(6.5~8.5)对 B-HCH代谢产物的累积影响不大;B-HCH 发酵72小时时,抑制率达到最大值,为71.6%;在不同 pH 值下,经高温处理,仍有良好的抑菌作用,其代谢产物在偏酸性和不受高温影响下稳定。还初步研究了 B-HCH 菌株代谢产物的某些特性。
In this paper, the culture formula of B-HCH strain, the amount of oxygen supply, the fermentation time and the relationship between pH value and metabolites were studied. From 44 kinds of formulations, 11 kinds of culture formulas were screened with corn as the main raw material, and the inhibition rate was over 66.0% for the wheat scab. The highest inhibition rate was 79.7%. The results showed that the accumulation of B-HCH metabolites was not affected by different oxygen supply and pH (6.5-8.5). The maximum inhibitory rate reached 71.6% at 72 hours after B-HCH fermentation. Under the value of the high temperature treatment, there is still a good antibacterial effect, its metabolites in the acidic and stable under the influence of high temperature. Some properties of the metabolites of the B-HCH strain were also preliminary studied.
