本文报道已构建的1型单纯疱疹病毒(HSV-1)糖蛋白D(gD1)基因表达质粒pK-TS 153在小鼠中的免疫原性和对HSV-2粘膜攻击的抵抗作用.将DNA疫苗间隔3周肌肉接种体重为18~21g的雌性小鼠3次,每次接种含gDl质粒DNA 200μg的无菌盐水0.1ml,取第3次接种后3周的血清和用PBS冲洗的阴道分泌物,用ELISA测定抗体.对照组为年龄配对的未处理小鼠.结果从免疫的两组Swiss Webster小鼠和一组BALB/c小鼠的血清中均测到HSV特异性IgG,平均滴度为3.5~3.6log_(10).9只Swiss Webster小鼠中有7只阴道分泌物中测到HSV IgG,3组平均滴度分别为1.9、1.6和2.8log_(10).未从3
