观察了前列腺素Ｅ１（ＰＧＥ１）对哮喘豚鼠血和肺组织脂质过氧化物（ＬＰＯ）、超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）水平变化的影响。结果发现ＰＧＥ１对哮喘豚鼠具有明显的保护作用，显著延长引喘潜伏期，并能抑制哮喘豚鼠肺组织ＬＰＯ的升高，从而提示氧自由基在哮喘病理过程中可能起重要作用。
The effects of prostaglandin E1 (PGE1) on the levels of LPO and SOD in blood and lung tissue of asthmatic guinea pigs were observed. The results showed that PGE1 had a significant protective effect on asthmatic guinea pigs, significantly prolonging the latent period of asthma, and inhibiting the increase of LPO in the lung tissue of asthmatic guinea pigs, suggesting that oxygen free radicals may play an important role in the pathogenesis of asthma.
