最近,大尺寸耐热合金锻件已用作燃气轮机零件。由于耐热合金在热成形时具有高的流变应力,且要求在较低的温度下锻造,以控制晶粒度,所以,大型耐热合金锻件的闭模锻,需要大吨位压力机。已经研究了大型的A286合金锻件的自由锻技术,根据研究结果,从一支用真空感应熔炼加真空电弧重熔法(VIM+VAR Processes)熔炼的5.7吨钢锭,用8000吨自由锻压力机,锻造了直径为1600mm,厚280mm的A286合金叶轮,并进行了解剖,以研究其冶金性能、抗拉性能和蠕变断裂性能,证实了此A286合金大型叶轮具有细小均匀的组织和良好的机械性能。
Recently, large-size heat-resistant alloy forgings have been used as gas turbine parts. Due to the high flow stress of heat-resistant alloys during thermoforming and the need for forging at lower temperatures to control grain size, large die forging of large heat-resistant alloy forgings requires large tonnage presses. The free-forging technology for large A286 alloy forgings has been studied. Based on the results, a 5.7-ton ingot melted by vacuum induction melting plus vacuum arc remelting (VIM + VAR Processes) A286 alloy impeller with a diameter of 1600mm and a thickness of 280mm was forged and dissected to study its metallurgical properties, tensile properties and creep rupture properties. It was confirmed that this A286 alloy large-size impeller has fine and uniform structure and good mechanical properties .
