研究了乙酸乙酯在超高交联树脂ND-100上的动态吸附特性。结果表明,乙酸乙酯蒸汽的初始浓度、吸附温度和停留时间均会影响动态吸附过程,随着初始浓度和吸附温度的增大,穿透时间变短,停留时间和穿透时间增长;其中吸附温度影响最大。树脂含水率亦会影响动态吸附过程,但一定范围的含水率不会明显抑制或促进超高交联树脂对乙酸乙酯的吸附。采用半经验数学模型Yoon-Nelson模型对C_t/C_0<0.2部分的吸附穿透实验数据进行拟合,具有很好的拟合结果,相关性系数R~2大于0.980。
The dynamic adsorption characteristics of ethyl acetate on ultra-crosslinked resin ND-100 were studied. The results show that the initial concentration of ethyl acetate vapor, the adsorption temperature and the residence time all affect the dynamic adsorption process. As the initial concentration and adsorption temperature increase, the breakthrough time becomes shorter and the residence time and penetration time increase. The adsorption Temperature has the greatest impact. The moisture content of the resin will also affect the dynamic adsorption process, but a certain range of moisture content will not significantly inhibit or promote the adsorption of ethyl acetate on ultra-high crosslinked resin. Adopting the Yoon-Nelson model of semi-empirical mathematical model to fit the experimental data of adsorption penetration of C_t / C_0 <0.2, it has a good fitting result, and the correlation coefficient R ~ 2 is greater than 0.980.
