目的:对唇形科黄芩属植物半枝莲的化学成分进行研究。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱、重结晶等方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果:分离鉴定了8个化合物,分别为对羟基苯乙酮(p-hydroxyacetophenone,1),对羟基苯甲醛(p-hydroxybenzaldehyde,2),2-羟基-3-甲基蒽醌(2-hydroxy-3-methylanthraq-uinone,3),香草醛(vanillin,4),5-羟基-7,3’,4’,5’-四甲氧基黄酮(5-hydroxy-7,3’,4’,5’-tetramethoxyflavone,5),5,7-二羟基-6-甲氧基二氢黄酮(dihydrooroxylin A,6),5,7,3’,4’,5’-五甲氧基黄酮(5,7,3’,4’,5’-pentamethoxyflavone,7),金丝桃苷(hyperoside,8)。结论:化合物4,7,8为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物6为首次从该种植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Scutellaria Scutellaria Scutellaria Barbata. Methods: The compounds were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and recrystallization. The structures of the compounds were identified by their physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results: Eight compounds were isolated and identified as p-hydroxyacetophenone (1), p-hydroxybenzaldehyde (2) and 2-hydroxy-3-methylanthraquinone -3-methylanthraq-uinone, 3) vanillin (4), 5-hydroxy-7,3 ’, 4’ , 5’-tetramethoxyflavone, 5), dihydrooroxylin A (6), 5,7,3 ’, 4’, 5’-pentamethoxyflavone 5,7,3 ’, 4’, 5’-pentamethoxyflavone, 7), hyperoside (8). Conclusion: Compounds 4, 7 and 8 were isolated from this genus for the first time. Compound 6 was isolated from this genus for the first time.
