转盘驱动钻机在钻进的过程中,钻具遇到阻卡正好在转盘面对着钻杆接头情况下,通常使用了卡瓦倒划眼进行解卡作业,其难点在于钻杆接头处的耐磨带和钻杆加厚部分减少了卡瓦与钻杆的接触面积,转盘驱动扭矩通过卡瓦很难传递到钻具,卡瓦倒划眼的安全操作难度极大、卡钻风险极高。为此,针对性地设计出了一种钻杆接头过转盘倒划眼装置,该装置的实质就是当钻杆接头在转盘内时将坐钻杆卡瓦位置上移,避开钻杆接头的耐磨带及加厚部分的位置,使钻杆卡瓦与钻杆本体接触来有效传递转盘扭矩。结合倒划眼作业状况及装置原理,进而形成了使用该装置的钻杆接头过转盘的倒划眼技术。现场应用试验结果表明,该装置能有效地解决倒划眼时钻杆接头及加厚部位过转盘的作业安全问题,降低划眼中的事故复杂。该装置在四川盆地东部地区的XCH6井进行了现场应用试验,能够安全实现倒划眼作业,快速解除井下复杂。

In combination with the operation status of the undereye eye and the principle of the device, a reaming technique of the over-rotation of the drill pipe joint using the device is formed. The field application test results show that the device can effectively solve the problem of working safety of drill pipe joints and thickened parts over the turntable and reduce the complicated accidents in the plan. The device has been tested on site in the XCH6 well in the eastern Sichuan Basin, enabling safe eye-resetting operations and rapid downhole complexities.
