系统性红斑狼疮(Systemic Lupus Erythematosus,SLE)为多脏器损害的疾病。早期临床表现不典型,或首先以一个脏器受损为突出表现者,极易误诊。本组9例均首先表现为心肌心包受累。误诊为病毒性心肌炎6例,病毒性心包心肌炎2例,病毒性心包炎1例。9例均为女性,年龄13～26岁。误诊病程为0.5～3年。1 临床资料 误诊为病毒性心肌炎6例,4例均以心悸胸闷起病,体检心脏增大,心尖区S_1降低,闻及房性及室性奔马律,胸片见心胸比例>55％。
Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) is a multiple organ damage disease. Early clinical manifestations of atypical, or first with an organ damage as a prominent performance, easily misdiagnosed. The group of 9 cases were first manifested as myocardial pericardial involvement. Misdiagnosed as viral myocarditis in 6 cases, 2 cases of viral myocarditis, 1 case of viral pericarditis. 9 cases were female, aged 13 to 26 years old. Misdiagnosis course is 0.5 to 3 years. 1 clinical data were misdiagnosed as viral myocarditis in 6 cases, 4 cases were palpitation and chest tightness onset, physical examination heart increased apical S 1 decreased, atrial and ventricular aneurysm smell of the chest X-ray ratio of> 55%.
