交通运输企业文化的建设,不但增强了企业的市场竞争力、增加的员工的凝聚力,还大大提高了企业的经济效益。因此,交通企业文化的建设对企业日常运行以及发展有着很重要的作用。就此,在交通运输业不断发展的同时,需要交通管理者加强交通运输文化的建设,真正将交通运输的企业文化与企业管理、发展方向结合起来,使其发挥出真正的作用。本文就新形势下的交通运输企业文化建设与发展进行了分析。
