近年有学者提出慢性鼻窦炎的发病与真菌有关,并提出嗜酸粒细胞性真菌性鼻窦炎(eosinoph-ic fungal rhinosinusitis,EFRS)的慨念。为明确真菌在鼻窦炎、鼻息肉致病过程中所起的作用,2001年1月～2002年4月,对33例鼻窦炎、37例鼻息肉患者和24例正常志愿者的鼻腔分泌物进行真菌涂片镜检及培养。现将结果报道如下。
In recent years, some scholars have suggested that the pathogenesis of chronic sinusitis is related to fungi, and put forward the concept of eosinophil ic fungal rhinosinusitis (EFRS). In order to clarify the role of fungi in the pathogenesis of sinusitis and nasal polyps, nasal secretions from 33 patients with sinusitis, 37 patients with nasal polyps, and 24 normal volunteers were performed from January 2001 to April 2002 Fungal smear microscopy and culture. The results are reported below.
