目的分析慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)并社区获得性肺炎常见病原菌和药敏。方法分析COPD并社区获得性肺炎72例患者的病原菌分布和药敏。结果 72例患者共检出45株病原菌,阳性率62.5%;革兰阴性菌株30例,占66.7%。革兰阴性杆菌对头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦、哌拉西林三唑巴坦、阿米卡星、亚胺培南耐药率较低。结论 COPD并社区获得性肺炎的病原菌以革兰阴性杆菌为主,耐药率高,初始经验性抗菌治疗需注意。
Objective To analyze the common pathogens and drug susceptibility of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and community-acquired pneumonia. Methods The pathogen distribution and drug susceptibility of 72 patients with COPD and community-acquired pneumonia were analyzed. Results A total of 45 pathogenic bacteria were detected in 72 patients, with a positive rate of 62.5%. Gram-negative bacteria were found in 30 patients (66.7%). Gram-negative bacilli were less resistant to cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam, piperacillin tazobactam, amikacin and imipenem. Conclusions Gram-negative bacilli are the main pathogens of COPD with community-acquired pneumonia. The drug resistance rate is high, and the initial empirical antibacterial therapy should be noticed.
