在坑道掘進中使用點火爆破,一個爆破工在工作面點火的次數經常在16~20個次,這不僅違反了安全技術規程的規定,而且也不安全。特別是使用質量较差的導火綫,在點燃時因為產生大量的有毒瓦斯,一個人很難點燃所需要點燃的導火綫數,同時燃燒速度也不一致。即使增加導火綫的長度,也難以控制最安全的點火時間。因此,我們在不可能採用電器爆破或點火筒點火以及其他的點火方法的條件下,利用了一次點火的爆破方法。利用一次點火,一個爆破工在2~3秒鐘內就可點燃16~加根導火綫,而從容不迫的離開點炮地點,這樣既保證了安全作業,提高了爆破效率;又降低了成本。現將我們实际經驗整理介紹如下:
Ignition blasting is used in tunnel excavation. A blasting worker frequently fires on the working surface 16 to 20 times, which not only violates the safety technical regulations, but also is not safe. Use of a spark, a blasting workers in 2 to 3 seconds can ignite 16 ~ Gaggen fuse, and calmly leave the gun point, so that not only ensures safe operation and improve the blasting efficiency; and reduce costs. Now we organize the actual experience described below:
