上海位于长江三角洲东端。第四纪冲积层,厚度大而地质松软,地下水位高。在这种地层下开挖隧道是一件很困难的工作。作者在本文中全面介绍了上海隧道建设公司用自己设计和制造的直径4.2~10.2米的盾构,从1963年第一个试验隧道开始,在过去15年中在上海建造的总长6.7公里的隧道工程。文中介绍了预制混凝土管片衬砌、螺栓连接和榫接密封防水的技术以及用井点降低地下水的经验。 作者还介绍了他们曾取得的掘进记录,但因受盾构质量影响,未能正常保持。
Shanghai is located in the eastern end of the Yangtze River Delta. Quaternary alluvium, thick and geologically soft, high water table. Excavating a tunnel under such a formation is a difficult task. In this paper, the authors give a comprehensive introduction of the 4.2 to 10.2 meter diameter shield designed and manufactured by Shanghai Tunnel Construction Corporation. From the first experimental tunnel in 1963, a total length of 6.7 km of tunnels built in Shanghai over the past 15 years engineering. This paper introduces the technology of precast concrete segment lining, bolt connection and mortise seal waterproofing, as well as the experience of lowering groundwater with well points. The author also introduced the drilling records they had obtained but failed to maintain their normality due to the quality of the shield.
