采用恒电流法在不同浓度的苯胺与1mol·L-1高氯酸的混合溶液中,在氧化铟锡(ITO)导电玻璃基底上制备了聚苯胺纳米线.系统研究了苯胺浓度、合成时间对其形貌及电化学性能的影响.SEM结果显示,在不同条件下制得的聚苯胺为线状,直径大约在100~500nm.采用恒电流充放电、循环伏安和交流阻抗谱对聚苯胺纳米线电极的电化学性能进行了表征.结果表明,其在3mol·L-1NH4Cl和2mol·L-1ZnCl2的混合溶液中恒电流充放电(电压范围-0.2~0.5V)的比容量最高可达746.7F.g-1.
Polyaniline nanowires were prepared on indium tin oxide (ITO) conductive glass substrate by a constant current method in a mixed solution of aniline and 1 mol·L-1 perchloric acid at different concentrations.
