研究了W/O型聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)胶乳在水中的凉阻性能。探讨了聚合物合子量、聚合物溶液浓度、溶液pH值、流速等对减阻性能的影响。发现W/O型聚丙烯酰胺具有良好的减阻性能,在相同流量下,PAM水溶位的流动阻力明显小于清水流动阻力。在一定浓度范围内,随PAM浓度增加,减阻性能增加。PAM的分子量对流动阻力影响较明显,分子量大者减阻性能较高。当溶液pH值小于7时,减阻性能显著,当pH值大于7时对减阻影响较少。在相同浓度下,随流速增加,流动阻力减小。
The cold resistance of W / O polyacrylamide (PAM) latex in water was studied. The effects of the amount of polymer, the concentration of polymer solution, the solution pH and the flow rate on the drag reduction were discussed. It is found that the W / O polyacrylamide has good drag reduction performance. Under the same flow rate, the flow resistance of water soluble PAM is obviously less than the flow resistance of fresh water. In a certain concentration range, with the increase of PAM concentration, drag reduction performance increases. The molecular weight of PAM has obvious influence on the flow resistance, and the higher molecular weight drag reduction performance. When the solution pH value is less than 7, drag reduction performance is significant, when the pH value is greater than 7, less impact on drag reduction. At the same concentration, the flow resistance decreases as the flow rate increases.
