中海石油湛江分公司东方终端天然气处理厂的一、二期脱二氧化碳系统是天然气处理的重要系统之一,在实际运行中,系统的脱二氧化碳能力达不到设计要求。主要原因是从再生塔出口到贫液泵进口的压降大,使得贫液泵的进口压力低,从而出口流量达不到设计值,导致系统的脱二氧化碳能力达不到设计要求。本文针对其原因进行分析,进而说明应用贫液增压泵的可行性。根据贫液增压泵使用前后脱二氧化碳系统处理能力进行对比,贫液增压泵应用后系统处理量增加了39万方/天,进而提高了东方终端的天然气实际处理能力。
CNOOC Zhanjiang Branch Dongfang Terminal Natural Gas Processing Plant Phase I and Phase II CO2 removal systems are one of the important natural gas processing systems. In actual operation, the system’s capacity for removing carbon dioxide can not meet the design requirements. The main reason is that the pressure drop from the outlet of the regeneration tower to the inlet of the lean liquid pump is large, so that the inlet pressure of the lean liquid pump is low so that the outlet flow rate can not reach the design value, resulting in the system failing to meet the design requirements for decarbonation capacity. This article analyzes its causes, and then shows the feasibility of using lean liquid booster pump. According to the lean liquid booster pump used before and after the decarbonation system processing capacity for comparison, lean liquid booster pump system throughput increased by 39 million square / day, thereby increasing the East terminal of the actual processing capacity of natural gas.
