[目的]探讨太极柔力球锻炼对老年人高血压指标的干预影响,为老年人选择适宜的、健身效果好的运动项目提供参考依据。[方法]对实验对象先进行20d的36式太极柔力球学习,掌握后配合音乐进行练习或训练90d,要求每天集中练习40min~1h,个人自练不少于30min。[结果]90d太极柔力球练习能降低老年人的收缩压(P﹤0.05),对男性老年人的舒张压良性改善有统计学意义(P﹤0.05),女性老年人有非常明显的促进作用(P﹤0.01);能显著降低老年人的全血粘度(高中低切)和UA水平(P﹤0.01);对女性老年人TC的降低有统计学意义(P﹤0.05),对男性老年人TC的改善尤为显著(P﹤0.01);对老年人HDL-C含量的升高有明显作用(男:P﹤0.05,女P﹤0.01),显著降低老年人LDL-C水平(P﹤0.01),对老年人高水平CRP有明显的刺激作用(P﹤0.05)。[结论]太极柔力球作为中低强度的有氧运动项目,对老年人血压指标的干预影响是积极的、有效的,可作为老年人预防和治疗高血压的有效锻炼项目进行普及。
[Objective] To explore the impact of Taiji softball exercise on the intervention of hypertension in the elderly, and to provide a reference for the elderly to choose suitable and good exercise effect. [Methods] Subjects were first trained for 36 days Taiji softball ball after 20 days, mastered the music with the practice or training for 90 days, and asked to concentrate intensively for 40min ~ 1h everyday and self-practicing no less than 30min. [Results] 90 d Taiji softball exercise can reduce systolic blood pressure in the elderly (P <0.05), improve the diastolic pressure benignity in the male elder (P <0.05), and promote the effect of the female elder (P <0.01); It can significantly reduce the whole blood viscosity (high, medium and low) and UA levels in the elderly (P <0.01); reduce the TC of the female elderly (P <0.05) (P <0.01 for male) and LDL-C (P <0.01 for aged) were significantly lower than those of control group (P <0.01) , Which significantly stimulated high-level CRP in the elderly (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Taiji Softball, as a mid-low intensity aerobic exercise, has positive and effective intervention effects on the blood pressure of the elderly and can be used as an effective exercise program for the prevention and treatment of hypertension in the elderly.
