为了解南阳市医疗单位消毒卫生质量 ,以便加强监督管理和指导工作 ,本文对南阳市 2 0 0 0～ 2 0 0 2年医疗单位消毒监测结果进行统计分析 ,结果 :不同年度消毒监测结果分析 ,消毒质量年度间差异极显著 (X2 =30 .6 4 ,P<0 .0 0 5 ) ;不同监测项目监测结果分析 ,消毒合格率依次为 :使用中的消毒剂、一次性医疗用品、物体表面及医护人员手、特殊器械、 类环境空气。建议 :1卫生职能部门加强对医疗单位监督监测。 2各医疗单位完善自身的约束机制及预防控制措施。 3关注消毒学新进展 ,加强对医护人员消毒知识培训。
