以Q235B钢种为例,对保护渣高温特性对板坯表面裂纹影响进行了研究,发现铸钢的碳当量(∑C)、结晶器液态保护渣的黏度值(η)、拉坯速率平方(vc2)与板坯的表面裂纹之间有一定关系,即随着ηv2c/∑C值的增大,板坯出现表面裂纹的几率增大;如果ηv2c/∑C值控制在3.1以下,则板坯一次合格率显著提高。另外,如果结晶器液态渣是长渣(指熔化区间△T≥70℃),而且是熔化速度比较快(指1 300℃下,v≤60 s),则出现表面裂纹的几率较大。
Taking Q235B steel as an example, the effect of high temperature characteristics of mold powder on the surface crack of slab was studied. It was found that carbon equivalent (ΣC), viscosity value (η) of mold flux, square of casting rate vc2) and the slab surface cracks have a certain relationship, that is with the ηv2c / ΣC value increases, the probability of slab surface cracks appear increased; if ηv2c / ΣC value below 3.1, the slab A pass rate significantly increased. In addition, if the mold liquid slag is a long slag (melting range △ T ≥ 70 ℃), and the melting rate is relatively fast (refer to 1 300 ℃, v ≤ 60 s), then there is a greater chance of surface cracks.
