【目的】分析不同训练阶段血液生化指标的变化规律,研究调教训练方案的可行性,为青年伊犁马的调教训练提供数据参考。【方法】通过对8匹青年伊犁马制定坡道训练与间歇训练相结合的专项训练方案,进行为期6周的调教训练,分别于训练第0周、第2周、第4周、第6周检测血浆中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶/谷草转氨酶(ALT/AST),肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酐(CREA)、甘油三酯(TG)、总蛋白(TP)、尿酸(UA)、乳酸(LAC)、钙离子(Ca2+)、磷离子(P+)12项血液生化指标,对其进行方差分析,并对比不同训练阶段的变化规律。【结果】赛前ALT和ALT/AST训练第4周显著高于训练前(P<0.05),TG和Ca2+浓度训练第6周显著低于训练前(P<0.05);赛后即刻ALT、ALT/AST和CREA训练第4周极显著高于训练前(P<0.01),LAC浓度训练第6周显著高于训练前,Ca2+浓度训练第6周显著低于训练前(P<0.05)。【结论】调教训练方案对试验马匹产生了积极作用,其无氧代谢能力增强。调教训练方案可作为马匹调教训练的参考方案。

Tuning training program can be used as a reference training program for horse tuning.
