食品分析是食品科学与工程专业、食品质量与安全专业的一门主干课程,具有较强的理论性、实践性和系统性。为适应现代高等教育发展的要求,结合笔者的教学实践及工作体会,从优化教学内容、教师队伍建设、改进教学方法、理论联系实际等方面对食品分析课程的教学改革进行探讨。实践证明,这种教学模式提高了学生的专业知识和技能,培养了学生的动手能力和创新能力,取得了良好的教学效果。
Food analysis is a major course in Food Science and Engineering, Food Quality and Safety, which has a strong theoretical, practical and systematic. In order to meet the requirements of the development of modern higher education, this paper discusses the teaching reform of food analysis courses based on the author’s teaching practice and working experience, from optimizing teaching contents, building teaching staff, improving teaching methods and integrating theory with practice. Practice has proved that this teaching model to improve students ’professional knowledge and skills, develop students’ practical ability and ability to innovate, and achieved good teaching results.
