1955年7月在萨顿矿结束了用吊罐掘进主要溜矿井的试验工作,吊罐可藉通过溜矿井中心的开割钻孔放下的钢绳随着工作面的推进而上升。用吊式设备掘进天井的思想不是在最近才有的,早在1946年采罐方法合理化竞赛中就曾提出过(注1)。但实际上,据我们所知,这一思想在苏联的体现,首先是在萨顿矿。尽管工作与平时不同并带来由此产生的缺点,但却在32个工作班即11个昼夜掘进了溜矿51公尺,这使矿山天井的掘进速度提高4-5倍。
In July 1955 at the Sutton mine, the piloting of the main sloping mine with a can was carried out. The crane can be lifted by the working face as the rope dropped through the open drill hole in the sloping mine center. The idea of tunneling ceilings with hanging equipment has not been recent until earlier, as early as 1946, when it came to the rationalization of tank harvesting methods (Note 1). In fact, to our knowledge, however, the expression of this idea in the Soviet Union is above all at the Sutton Mine. Although the work was different from usual and caused the shortcomings it caused, it dredged 51 meters of ore at 32 work shifts or 11 days and nights, which led to a 4-5 times speeding of the mine’s patio.
