本文报告以2.5%,5%及10%三种魔芋精粉分别喂饲SD大鼠12周,同时以高胆固醇组和基础饲料组为对照。实验结果表明:4周末,5%和10%的魔芋精粉组血清胆固醇及10%魔芋精粉组肝胆固醇水平均显著低于高胆固醇组;12周末,所有魔芋精粉组血清胆固醇及10%魔芋精粉组肝胆固醇水平降至正常。病理组织学检查证实,三个魔芋精粉组的肝细胞脂肪变性均有不同程度的减轻。12周末,5%和10%魔芋精粉组肝细胞脂肪变性近于消失。
This report reports that 2.5%, 5%, and 10% of konjac flour were fed to SD rats for 12 weeks, while the high cholesterol group and basal diet group were used as controls. The experimental results showed that: At the end of the week, liver cholesterol levels in the 5% and 10% konjac flour group serum cholesterol and 10% konjac flour group were significantly lower than in the high cholesterol group; at the end of the week, serum cholesterol and 10% in all konjac flour group. In the konjac flour group, hepatic cholesterol levels dropped to normal. Histopathological examination confirmed that hepatocyte steatosis in the three konjac flour groups was reduced to varying degrees. At the end of the 12th week, 5% and 10% konjac flour group had almost disappeared steatosis of liver cells.
