社会的发展本身就是利弊共存的现状,近年来,社会稳定发展的同时也伴随着一些恶性犯罪事件的产生,犯罪不仅仅是单纯的对社会产生危害,其犯罪行为实际上是基于社会某些原因产生的,而思想领袖先导者马克思和恩格斯在关于犯罪思想和犯罪行为上也有显著的成就。犯罪行为作为一种危害社会反动的行为,其产生的条件与统治产生的条件相同,而对犯罪学思想进行研究分析,将帮助人们从犯罪者思想方面去寻找出犯罪的动机,从而及时制定有效的对策来预防和减轻犯罪行为对社会造成的危害。本文从马克思犯罪概念入手,对马克思犯罪学思想进行了分析。 In recent years, the steady development of society is accompanied by some vicious criminal incidents.
