本文对某钢铁厂接触焦炉烟气不同程度的人员末稍血淋巴细胞微核出现情况及其主要工作和生活区内大气中苯并(a)芘,进行了调查研充。结果表明,接触烟气密切程度按炼焦工人、化工产品车间工人、厂内一般工人和干部、远离钢铁厂市民的顺序而递减;这些人员末稍血淋巴细胞微核出现率也按上述顺序递减。四组人员微核出现率与大气中苯并(a)芘浓度呈正相关关系
In this paper, we investigated the occurrence of micronucleus of peripheral blood lymphocytes and the content of benzo (a) pyrene in the atmosphere in the main work and living area of a steel plant exposed to different degrees of coke oven smoke. The results showed that the closeness of exposure to flue gas decreased with the order of coking workers, chemical workers, general workers and cadres in the plant away from the steel mills; the incidence of terminal micronuclei of peripheral blood lymphocytes also decreased in the above order. The incidence of micronuclei in four groups was positively correlated with the concentration of benzo (a) pyrene in the atmosphere
