对三个普通冬小麦(Triticum aestivum L.)品种(Splendeur,Hobbit和Maris Huntsman)进行室内栽培试验,分析生长过程中各品种的氨基酸组分差异。Maris Huntsman到开花后第15天,叶片衰老得最快,谷氨酸与总氨基酸比值较大,而苏氨酸、甘氨酸、丙氨酸、缬氨酸、蛋氨酸和异亮氨酸的比值较小;此后,上述趋势不太明显。与Splendeur相比,尤为如此。可以认为,叶片衰老较快的品种,较早地出现醇溶蛋白的快速合成。在成熟籽粒中,无论氮的比例多少,Hobbit的谷氨酸含量较小,而赖氨酸、精氨酸和丙氨酸的比例较大;Splendeur的天冬氨酸和赖氨酸的水平较低,只能用于制作面包;Maris Hantsman的苯丙氨酸的相对含量最高。本文还对品种间某些蛋白质组分的相对比例的可能差异进行了探讨。Maris Huntsman在开花后第25天,游离丙氨酸,缬氨酸,亮氨酸,异亮氨酸和苏氨酸的相对含量较少,尤其是与Splendeur比较。从开花后15天开始Maris Hantsman天冬氨酸的相对含量增加,而Hobbit仅在成熟时才增加。
Three common winter wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) cultivars (Splendeur, Hobbit and Maris Huntsman) were subjected to an in-house cultivation experiment to analyze the differences in the amino acid components of the cultivars during growth. The leaves of Maris Huntsman reached the fastest senescence on the 15th day after flowering, the ratio of glutamic acid to total amino acid was larger, and the ratio of threonine, glycine, alanine, valine, methionine and isoleucine was smaller Since then, the above trend is not obvious. This article also discusses the possible differences in the relative proportions of certain protein components among cultivars.
