本文报道了不同栽培番茄与秘鲁番茄(Lycopersicum peruvianum)PI128657中8号株系进行种间杂交,以授粉后25~30天的未成熟种子进行离体培养,均成功地获得大量的杂种株。诱导培养基为MS培养基附加2,4-D 2mg/l+2ip 1mg/l+椰乳100ml/l;分化培养基为MS培养基附加2mg/l玉米素;生根培养基为MS培养基附加mg/lIBA。并对F_1代再生株形态特性、细胞学、同功酶和抗性等进行观察和分析。
In this paper, we reported interspecific hybridization between different cultivated tomatoes and No. 8 strain of PI128657 in Peruvian tomato (Lycopersicum peruvianum). A large number of hybrid strains were successfully obtained from immature seeds 25-30 days after pollination. The induction medium was MS-supplemented with 2,4-D 2mg / l + 2ip 1mg / l + coconut milk 100ml / l; differentiation medium was MS medium supplemented with 2mg / l zeatin; rooting medium was MS medium supplemented with mg / lIBA. The morphological characteristics, cytology, isozymes and resistance of F1 generation were observed and analyzed.
