小学阶段是生命成长发育的初期,在这个阶段学生生理迅速发展,而心理则几乎从零开始。所以在心理成长发育之初所形成的性格、情绪、意志品质、人格、兴趣等必将影响一生的发展。小学生心理障碍主要表现为:厌学、焦虑、逆反、偏激、自卑、嫉妒等,尤其在学习上这些现象表现最为突出。在教育实践中,教育者不仅要对学生进行知识的传授,更要关注学生心理健康的发展,要积极对小学生心理障碍产生的原因进行探讨,并研究解决的策略,以促进学生在心理素质和社会文化素质上和谐发展。
