通过谐波平衡法建立了具有间隙的冠间接触碰撞的等效弹簧-干摩擦阻尼力学模型,得到表征汽轮机带冠叶片主要危险振型的三自由度集总参数模型,应用龙格-库塔法求解自带冠叶片的振动响应,并分析了冠间间隙、冠间接触角和冠间法向接触刚度对碰撞减振效果的影响.结果表明:汽轮机带冠叶片因冠间接触碰撞而具有很好的减振效果,但出现了多频谱成分和共振频率右移等现象;随着冠间间隙的减小,带冠叶片冠间碰撞减振效果变好,冠间接触碰撞对一阶振动的减振效果好于对二阶振动的减振效果;较大的冠间接触角对冠间接触碰撞在切向振动上的减振效果较好;较大的冠间法向接触刚度可使叶片冠间接触碰撞达到很好的减振效果.
The equivalent spring-dry frictional damping mechanics model with interstitial interspace contact collision was established by the harmonic balance method.
