休克型肺炎是内科感染性休克中常见病因之一,其发病率国内约40.3～63.7%,病死率高达46.3%为了降低病死率,提高治愈率,现将我院内科1970年1月至1982年6月间资料完整的170例休克型肺炎分析总结如下。 Shock pneumonia is one of the most common causes of septic shock in medical practice.
