从新课改实行以来,我国中小学教育发生了不小的变化,更多的一线授课教师针对学生评价方面也更为重视,他们通过不断努力希望能构建一个针对学生学习的全方位评价体系,采用形成性和总结性评价结合方式来给予学生更恰当的评价。但实际上在我们的日常教学中可以发现很多一线教师依然在针对学生评价方面,依然采用的是传统的方式,过于注重学生的阅读结果,而不重视过程,整体评价几乎都是由教师来决定的,所以根本谈不上学生互评和自评。而针对目前这种现象,可以采用档案袋评价法来对其进行改善。

For the current phenomenon, you can use the portfolio evaluation method to improve it.
