本文采用问卷调查的形式，研究了合肥市大米市场状况。调查表明：绝大多数消费者喜欢灵活、快捷的购买方式，大米的口感或口味最能吸引消费者，人们购买大米时很少预先了解行情，但对农药残留问题非常关注；大米市场价格波动较小，趋于稳定。在合肥市，省内的普通大米仍占市场的主导地位。
This paper uses the form of a questionnaire to study the status of the rice market in Hefei. Survey shows that: Most consumers prefer flexible and fast way to buy rice taste or tastes the most attractive to consumers, when people buy rice rarely know the market, but the issue of pesticide residues are very concerned about the market price of rice Small fluctuations, tends to be stable.
