低频疲劳试验机是进行疲劳试验的重要设备之一,其基本要求是工作的长期稳定性。我们在原改装的(采用继电器控制)低频疲劳机的基础上,又改装了一台晶体管电路控制低频疲劳试验机,除触点压力表上的触点采用低电压、小电流接触控制外,其它触点均采用无触点控制,并能实现四种波形。经过七年来的长期工作考验,特别是锯齿波试验,证明该设备工作稳定。现将改装后的主要部分介绍如下:
