德育归根结底是把德育的内容内化为一个人内在的稳定的品质。德育工作不能脱离生活,而要引导回归生活、回归自然,以学生亲身经历为切入点,形成每个人独特的情感——态度——价值观,促进情感和认知的相互影响,达到知情意统一,学做合一。为此,我校先后聘请了西南大学知名教授为顾问,在校大学生为校外辅导员,开展各种形式的德育实践活动,激发了学生的学习兴趣,培养了科学意识,为他们健康成长奠定了坚实的基础。
In the final analysis, moral education is to internalize the content of moral education into a person’s intrinsic quality of stability.
