在氧化精矿和焙砂中存在硅酸锌,造成了浸出这些物料及矿浆分离时的严重困难。本文的目的是把湿法炼锌中,在浸出和矿浆分离时二氧化硅有害影响的性质、条件和原因的现有资料进行综合。二氧化硅的有害影响是由于溶解的硅酸在一定条件下能够生成凝胶和聚凝胶而造成的。
The presence of zinc silicate in the oxide concentrates and calcine results in severe difficulties in leaching of these materials and separation of the pulp. The purpose of this paper is to synthesize the available data on the nature, conditions and causes of deleterious effects of silica in leaching and slurry separation during wet-process zinc smelting. The detrimental effect of silica is due to the fact that dissolved silicic acid is capable of generating gels and polygels under certain conditions.
