CARR重水净化系统(图1)管线较密集,管道较细,管网柔性大,刚度较差。管道静载荷的要求容易满足,而动载荷要求不易满足。在应力分析中采用先静力工况后动力工况的原则进行支架调整,虽然管道较细,但抗震分析仍采用了计算精度较高的反应谱法,针对振动较强烈的部位,通过采用设置轴向限位架和固定架的方法,提高系统刚度,增强抗震能力,以使系统能抵抗一定水平的偶然载荷冲击,从而满足系统抗震的要求。应力结果列于表1。

In the stress analysis, the principle of dynamic condition after the first static condition is used to adjust the bracket. Although the pipeline is thin, the seismic analysis method still uses the response spectrum method with high calculation accuracy. For the parts with strong vibration, Axial limit frame and the fixed frame method to improve the system stiffness and enhance the seismic capacity to enable the system to withstand a certain level of accidental load impact to meet the seismic requirements of the system. The stress results are shown in Table 1.
